What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for Distributors, capturing and tracking orders via phone with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide timely and accurate information about promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Support Distributors in maximizing the benefits of Herbalife’s offerings.
- Reactivate accounts upon request and ensure a smooth return to the community.
- Document and escalate any reported adverse events, ensuring proper follow-up with internal teams.
- Accurately code and track cases in our internal system for reporting and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Distributor Relations and Order Support.
What You Bring:
- A Middle School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.
- A passion for helping others and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English advaced (for North America support)
- A team player attitude with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary:$14,500 MXN gross, paid weekly on a proportional basis. Payments are made on Thursdays.
- Above-law benefits:
- Grocery vouchers:$ $791.98 per week. Payments are made on Fridays.
