About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding

· Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies

· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems

· Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

· Support performance management and employee development programs

· Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications

· Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership

Qualifications:

.Advanced English Level

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

· Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices (THIS IS MUST)

· Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, ADP) is a plus.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· High level of discretion and professionalism

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Nice to Have:

· HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

· Medical Field experience is a big plus.

· Experience in a fast-growing or international company

· Familiarity with remote or hybrid work environments

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 - 6:00 pm,EST

On Site: Avenida Universidad 2727, Parques de San Felipe, 31203, Chihuahua, Chihuahua
