Business development representative - remote

Are you passionate about opening doors, engaging with people, and generating real business opportunities? We are looking for a natural appointment setter to identify new opportunities, connect with high-level decision-makers, and schedule strategic meetings for our closing teams. If you have experience in sales, are confident using digital tools, and know how to turn a call into a valuable meeting, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify business opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America.

  • Schedule a minimum number of qualified meetings with decision-makers each month.

  • Use CRM (Teramain) to manage prospects and track progress.

  • Conduct introductory product presentations and schedule demos.

  • Support the Sales Director in preparing for commercial closings.

  • Maintain regular communication with prospects until the meeting is confirmed.

  • Follow up effectively with active leads and re-engage inactive ones.

  • Utilize digital tools for research, automation, and productivity.

  • Work results-oriented in a fully remote environment.

  • Report progress and key metrics independently on a weekly basis.


Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English (as a second language).

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (required); B2B or software sales is a plus.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, CRM tools, and e-commerce.

  • Self-confidence, strong motivation, and high commitment.

  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Ability to adapt to daily change and new situations.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.


What We Offer

  • Net base salary of $20,000 MXN per month

  • Bonus of $6,000 MXN per month upon achieving targets

  • Recurring sales commissions:

    • 5% during the first year

    • 2% starting from the second year
