We are looking for a natural appointment setter to identify new opportunities, connect with high-level decision-makers, and schedule strategic meetings for our closing teams. If you have experience in sales, are confident using digital tools, and know how to turn a call into a valuable meeting, this role is for you.
Actively identify business opportunities in the U.S. and Latin America.
Schedule a minimum number of qualified meetings with decision-makers each month.
Use CRM (Teramain) to manage prospects and track progress.
Conduct introductory product presentations and schedule demos.
Support the Sales Director in preparing for commercial closings.
Maintain regular communication with prospects until the meeting is confirmed.
Follow up effectively with active leads and re-engage inactive ones.
Utilize digital tools for research, automation, and productivity.
Work results-oriented in a fully remote environment.
Report progress and key metrics independently on a weekly basis.
Proficiency in English (as a second language).
2–3 years of sales experience (required); B2B or software sales is a plus.
Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, CRM tools, and e-commerce.
Self-confidence, strong motivation, and high commitment.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to adapt to daily change and new situations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Net base salary of $20,000 MXN per month
Bonus of $6,000 MXN per month upon achieving targets
Recurring sales commissions:
5% during the first year
2% starting from the second year
