Position: Finance and Operations Analyst

Salary: MXN $35,000–$50,000 gross monthly + annual bonus (up to 150% based on EBITDA performance)

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst to join our team and support the continued growth of our two brands. This role is a key contributor to both strategic projects and recurring financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

• Conduct cost analysis and performance tracking

• Assist in operational projects (ERP implementation, process automation, facility upgrades, etc.)

• Maintain and analyze financial reports to inform decision-making

• Collaborate across departments to identify efficiency opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related fields

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)

• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Availability to work on-site

• Experience in manufacturing is a strong asset (but not mandatory)
