We are currently searching for a Digital Business Analyst:

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementationofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, includingdesign, testing, deployment, and post-launch enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholdersto ensure system functionality aligns withbusiness requirements.
• Manage project timelines, reporting, and multitaskingacrossBusiness-as-Usual (BAU) updatesand strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experienceas aSenior Business Analyst or Project ManagerinCRM/ERP implementations.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, Power BI, andcloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience coordinatingtechnical activities (coding, testing, deployment)for CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong project management skillswith a focus onCRM migrations and integrations.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
