Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-site) Guadalajara
Salary: $18,000 MXN/month
Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Work 5 days, rest 2 days.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Previous customer service experience is desirable.
