What You’ll Do:

📞 Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.

🔍 Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.

📚 Develop expertise in The Home Depot’s products, services, and policies.

💬 Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ English Proficiency: C1 or Native level required.

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.

✅ Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

✅ Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.

✅ Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, High School Diploma (or equivalent)

What We Offer:

💰 Salary: $14,000 MXN/month

🏡 WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month

🎯 Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)

📚 Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)
