Activities:
-Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products and overall solutions.
-Analyze and seize industry market opportunities, develop tailored product offerings, and establish sales strategies or plans.
-Develop sales budgets and achieve sales targets to increase market share.
-Coordinate resources to address customer challenges, enhance customer satisfaction, and build stronger customer loyalty.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above,
-More than 8 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years in the plastics industry being optimal.
-Experience in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean companies will be considered an advantage.
-Candidates should have performed plastic-related functions in the following types of companies:
Plastic material manufacturers or traders
Injection molding plants
Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry
Home appliance industry
Electronics/electrical industry-Proficient in English requires
Compensation:
Salary: USD 2,000–5,000/month.
Annual bonus: Typically 10–15% (negotiable).
