Key Responsibilities:

Identify the specific operational needs of industrial clients.

Analyze current processes and detect areas of improvement (focus on spray systems in the steel industry).

Propose technical designs that optimize time, resources, and regulatory compliance.

Perform adjustments and field testing to ensure performance and effectiveness.

Collaborate with internal teams to tailor and successfully implement customized solutions.
-
Develop business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
-
Identify, prospect, and visit potential customers in the steel sector.

Prepare quotations and follow up through the complete sales cycle.
-
Execute collection activities and post-sale support.
-
Conduct product demos and technical trials.
-
Track KPIs and execute corresponding action plans.
Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or related technical-commercial fields.

Valid driver’s license.

Advanced English (B2 CEFR / TOEFL iBT 87–109 / TOEFL PBT 567–633 / FCE equivalent).

Valid U.S. visa and passport required.

Willingness to travel as part of the role.

Solid knowledge in automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial electricity, and control systems.

Familiarity with basic PLC programming and industrial communication platforms (Ethernet, OPC, etc.).

Mastery of consultative sales models and structured follow-up using CRM systems.
