As a key player in our marketing organization, you will lead strategy and execution across digital, content, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives to drive B2B growth. This role is critical to the success of our brand presence, demand generation, and revenue support.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and data analytics teams. Ideal candidates will bring a strategic mindset, creativity, and executional excellence honed through at least 10 years of marketing leadership experience.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies to support business growth across regions and partner channels.
- Own B2B campaign planning and execution across digital platforms, ABM, events, and content.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving sales, partnerships, and analytics stakeholders.
- Create performance reports using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other tools to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with regional partners and agencies to execute localized campaigns and events.
- Lead external communications, including executive messaging, marketing collateral, and promotional content.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to align with strategic goals
Required skills and qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in B2B and service-based industries.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through multichannel campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics to evaluate and optimize performance.
- Strong experience in event strategy, partner marketing, and content development.
- Experience in creating and managing large-scale co-marketing programs
- Ability to tailor messaging and content to diverse audiences
- Strength in budget management and campaign analytics.
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural, global environment with strong ownership and autonomy.
Nice to have
- Background in both corporate and agency-side marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience in internal communications or employee engagement campaigns
- Previous experience working with remote and distributed global teams
