We are currently searching for a Job Position:

Responsibilities

• Design and implementmachine learning models(traditional ML, deep learning) to solve complex business problems across diverse domains.
• DevelopNLP solutionsincluding sentiment analysis, text classification, entity recognition, and language generation.
• Innovate withGenerative AI techniques(e.g., GANs, Transformers, LLMs) to create state-of-the-art applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Validate and optimize models throughhyperparameter tuning, performance testing, and scalability checks.
• Stay updated with advancements inAI/ML researchand integrate cutting-edge methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experiencein AI/ML engineering, with a focus ongenerative AI, NLP, and deep learning.
• Expertise intraditional ML(regression, classification, clustering) andDL frameworks(TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience inNLP tasks(sentiment analysis, text classification) andGenerative AI tools(e.g., GPT, Llama, diffusion models).
• Proven ability to validate model quality, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML lifecycle management (data prep, training, deployment).
• Ability to thrive in aremote, collaborative environmentwith cross-functional teams.
