We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with great interpersonal skills and who are people oriented, who will be taking inbound calls from the front desk at doctors' offices.

Responsabilities:

• Take inbound calls from the front desk at doctor's offices.
• Stay on top of any updates and being highly organized with patients and doctors' information.
• Be extremely punctual and follow schedules and policies rigorously.
• Effectively read, talk and comprehend clients as they are attending calls.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

• A very proficient English level with an accent as native as possible.
• Great reading comprehension skills.
• Commitment, looking for candidates who will be with us for the long run.
• An outstanding work ethic.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.
• Previous call center experience of at least 1 year.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft, Teams and Outlook.

• Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 8:00 am EST - 10:00 pm EST (looking for candidates with a lot of availability, but most likely starting at 8:30 or 9:30)
• Modality: On site Avenida Universidad 2727, Parques de San Felipe 31203, Chihuahua. Chihuahua
• Salary:16,800 mxn brutos mensuales + prestaciones de ley + oportunidad de comisiones
