Job description:This is a Miami-based company that has introduced the first and only marketplace for hotel suppliers. The platform saves hotels time and money by streamlining the purchasing process and providing valuable insights into purchasing habits. Hotels can purchase everything they need to run smoothly from one convenient platform and receive their orders using a tablet-based system. The company aims to provide quality services while eliminating manual accounting, making operations run more efficiently.
Responsabilities:- You will be placing orders on the supplier side by entering their websites or systems, placing an order for buyers and then doing the respective follow up. - Managing catalogs looking for the specific product the hotel needs and finding alternatives when needed to offer to the buyer. - The role will consist on being the bridge, communicating directly and ensuring the success of the service between the suppliers and the clients. They will need to be able to have meetings with clients through camara, send messages and email and call suppliers and clients.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: - Must be tech savvy. - Candidates with a hospitality industry background would be ideal having experience working in restaurants as a restaurant manager or hotels. - The candidates will need to be good at using Microsoft Suite programs.
