Marketing and growth specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Marketing and Growth Manager to lead client engagement, drive outreach to AI companies, manage our waitlist funnel, and support execution across key marketing and product touchpoints.

This is a cross-functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, communication, and coordination. You won’t need to create all the content yourself, but you’ll own the systems that make sure it lands with the right people.

What You'll Do

• Client Management and Onboarding
  Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients: ensure satisfaction, communication, and delivery of value. Anticipate needs and build strong relationships.
  
  
• Partnership Outreach
  Identify, research, and actively reach out to relevant AI companies and partners. Explore collaboration, distribution, and growth opportunities.
  
  
• Waitlist Growth & Conversion
  Own the strategy and operations for managing the waitlist: nurturing leads, engaging signups, and converting them into users or clients.
  
  
• Content & Marketing Coordination
  Work closely with our content creator and designer to plan and execute blog posts, newsletters, product copy, and social media posts. You’ll manage the calendar, workflows, and publishing process.
  
  
• Light Design and Posting
  Occasionally assist with basic design tasks (using tools like Canva or Figma) and post to social platforms. Monitor comments and ensure engagement.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, partnerships, or client success roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Experience with marketing tools (e.g. Notion, Airtable, etc.)
• Bonus: Familiarity or interest in the AI/tech space
