We are currently searching for a Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Session Border Controller (SBC) technologies(e.g., Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, Cisco).
• Administer and maintain telephone exchange systems (e.g., Avaya, Cisco).
• Lead SBC service migrations, including upgrades and platform transitions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot voice network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize voice communication systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SBC technologies(Oracle, Avaya, Audiocodes, or Cisco).
• 3+ years of experience administering telephony systems(Avaya, Cisco, or similar).
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and database management.
• Experience with SBC service migrations (upgrades, platform changes).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).

Desired:

• Certifications in Avaya, Cisco, or Audiocodes SBC solutions.
• Experience configuring multi-vendor SBC environments.
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP) and network security.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
