We are currently searching for a SAP Payroll:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholdersto analyze requirements and design tailored solutions within theSuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll system.
- Translate business needs into detailed system design specificationsfor development teams.
- Oversee end-to-end implementationof payroll system designs, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Provide expert guidanceto Payroll Teams on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver training materialsto empower end-users on system workflows and optimization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experienceinSuccessFactors Employee Central Payrollconfiguration, design, or implementation.
- Proven expertise in system designfor large-scale payroll solutions within the SAP/SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Strong ability tomanage competing priorities, deliver projects on time, and work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindsetwith experience supporting cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptabilityto evolving business needs and new technical challenges.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
