Docente bilingüe de preescolar

We are seeking a highly qualified Bilingual Preschool Teacher to join our team at Colegio Cambridge de Monterrey. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, possess exceptional teaching skills in English and be committed to the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons in English, tailored to the needs and levels of preschool students.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Foster social and emotional skills through playful activities and collaborative projects.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with parents to inform them about student progress and needs.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum.
• Participate in meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Preschool education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TOEFL) or equivalent. C1 or C2
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher, preferably in a bilingual setting.
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills in languages.
• Knowledge of current educational methodologies and best practices in early childhood education.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, creativity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
