The PMO Coordinator position is a key role that supports the overall responsibilities of the PMO Department, that covers Global Operations. As a PMO contributor, you will help manage project life cycles, creation & updating of Standard Operation Procedures and follow up, KPI's overseeing, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team and provide essential support to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be independent, capable of applying technical expertise effectively to solve problems, make informed decisions, and contribute meaningfully to the project's development also resourceful in identifying support when needed. You’ll be an active contributor to project design, brainstorming solutions, and addressing challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

The right candidate for this position will be:

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering, Engineering management, business administration, project management, or related field

•4+ years of experience in project coordination or management, with exposure to both technical and non-technical projects, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse project requirement

•PMO related certification / Project management certifications.

•Proven English proficiency of B2 level or above on the CEFR scale, or equivalent.

•Strong organizational and communication skills.

•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).

•Knowledge of project management methodologies, experience in project coordination within international or corporate environments, managing cross-functional teams and complex projects, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

•Monitoring and control issues and risk management log & lessons learned process.

•Oversee project risks, issues, and lessons learned throughout the lifecycle.

•Assist in the creation and implementation of SOPs and ensure company standards are followed.

•Assist in the development, implementation and follow-up with departments to ensure the implementation of company standard operating procedures.

• Organize follow-up meetings and track project status. Record minutes of meetings.

•Contribute ideas to project design and collaborate with team members to find solutions.
