At our company, a Global TikTok Partner, we’re looking for a profile with strong operational vision, execution capabilities, and a results-driven mindset to lead commercial and e-commerce projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating digital performance-focused campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met, and working closely with strategic and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor digital sales campaigns (lives, video commerce, special promotions).

Coordinate deliverables and timelines across content, operations, sales, and creator teams.

Track conversion metrics, sales, ROI, and commercial performance to optimize results.

Manage workflows using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday).

Ensure campaigns meet commercial guidelines, quality standards, and TikTok policies.

Support in preparing performance reports for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Propose operational and methodological improvements in the management of commercial and e-commerce projects.
Ideal Profile

2 to 3 years of experience in roles related to e-commerce, commercial operations, project management, or digital sales.

University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business, Communications, Production, or related fields.

Familiarity with social platforms, especially TikTok, and their role in sales strategies.

Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 – C1).

Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and a results-oriented approach.

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
