Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage general ledger accounting and month-end closing procedures.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accountants.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of US-GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
