We are currently searching for a Digital CRM Data Consultant:
Responsibilities
- ARCHITECT END-TO-END DYNAMICS 365 SOLUTIONSto solve business problems (Data Model, Data Architecture, Integrations)
- LEAD CUSTOMER-FACING CONVERSATIONSwith whiteboarding/demos of Dynamics 365 solutions (PowerApps, LinkedIn Integration, Common Data Services)
- DESIGN HOLISTIC CUSTOM CODE SOLUTIONSfor Dynamics 365, including effort estimations
- INTEGRATE DYNAMICS WITH EXTERNAL PLATFORMS(Azure, .NET, vendor/in-house systems)
- SET DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND LEAD TEAMSin Dynamics 365 best practices
Requirements
- 6+ YEARS OF DYNAMICS 365 EXPERTISE(Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Service)
- ADVANCED .NET AND AZURE INTEGRATION SKILLSwith Dynamics 365
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE CUSTOMIZING/DEPLOYING DYNAMICS CRM(complex configurations, coded solutions)
- ABILITY TO LEAD DEVELOPERS AND PRESALES EFFORTS(team leadership, client pitches, interviews)
- DEEP PLATFORM KNOWLEDGEof Dynamics 365 capabilities and constraints
Desired
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Relationship Insights
- Familiarity with presales processes and effort estimation tools
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
