We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementsystem integrationsbetween ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Developcustom workflows,business rules, andscriptsto automate and optimize business processes.
• Build and maintaincomplex catalog itemswithin ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow environment efficiently.
• Document application designs, configurations, and processes comprehensively.
• ApplyITIL best practicesto align solutions with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as aServiceNow Developer(or similar role).
• Proficiency inServiceNow platform customization(workflows, UI policies, scripting).
• Strong knowledge ofJavaScript,Glide API, andServiceNow scripting.
• Experience withREST/SOAP APIsand integration tools (e.g.,MID Server).
• Demonstrated understanding ofITIL frameworks(Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Desired:

• ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperorITIL Certification.
• Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience withService PortalorService Catalog enhancements.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
