We are currently searching for a Project Manager:
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, includingtimelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Develop comprehensive project plansand ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and financial constraints.
- Translate client requirementsinto technical specifications byaligning business capabilities with technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teamsto designsystem architecturesand configure solutions.
- Manage project migrations(e.g., tool-to-tool transitions) and overseequality assurancefor deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Implement change management processesand drivepost-project evaluationsfor continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experienceinIT project managementwith a focus on business systems.
- Proven expertise inproject planning tools(e.g., MS Project, Jira) andmethodologies(Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong business analysis skillsto translate macro-level client needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience insystem architecture designandcross-functional team leadership.
- Project migration experience(e.g., transitioning systems/tools).
- Excellentstakeholder managementandcommunication skills.
