We are currently searching for a L3 Support Java:
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 technical supportfor mission-critical Java-based applications in production environments.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issuesacrossJava/J2EE(REST API, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate),multi-server environments(WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat), anddatabases(DB2, Oracle, Sybase).
- Execute and validate code changes(Java, Unix scripts, SQL) in production followingSDLC compliance.
- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams to troubleshootincidents, problems, and changesusing tools likeServiceNowandJira.
- Monitor systemsusing schedulers (Autosys, crontab) and ensure adherence toITIL processes(Incident/Problem/Change Management).
Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on experienceinJava developmentANDL2+/L3 production support.
- Advanced expertise in Java/J2EE stack: Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
- Unix/Linux scripting(shell, Perl) andIDE tools(Eclipse, NetBeans).
- CI/CD pipelines(Git, Jenkins) andapplication servers.
- Proven ability to debug and modify code in production environments.
- Fluency inticketing systems(ServiceNow, Jira) andITIL frameworks.
Desired:
- Experience withjob schedulers(Autosys, procmon).
- Familiarity withdisaster recoveryandhigh-availability systems.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
