Role / project description

As a CSR, you'll be our direct contact with potential customers

and existing customers that need help and are looking to gain knowledge about

specific insurance products. As a fast growing company that aims for a great

customer experience, all CSR's are expected to learn quickly through our provided

training. The Company focusses on delivering a personalized customer

experience by having our CSR's highly trained on best practices in the industry

and specific insurance products that they will be answering questions about.


  • Manage incoming calls from customers:
  • Potential customers will have questions about different types of insurance (general liability, professional liability, etc.)
  • Current customers will have questions about their specific insurance policy
  • Manage insurance policy process for commercial insurance lines
  • Generate sales leads
  • Hand off leads to level 2 CSR's at the appropriate time
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • High performance velocity with assisting customers
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Put in extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction and and a wonderful customer experience


  • Experience with automated systems, CRM's (Hubspot) and Microsoft Office

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish) both written and spoken English capabilities

  • High school degree (bachelors or advanced degree or courses preferred)
