As a key member of Allianz Worldwide Partners you will support our clients with 24/7, multilingual customer service to give them assistance whenever and wherever they need it keeping the quality and the excellence in all our services.
Answer inbound calls and handle middle & back office activities in accordance with the standard operating procedure.
Quality logging and reporting of calls and information to business partners.
Adherence to rosters and scheduling in support of business requirements.
Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribution to overall team KPIs.
Schedules available: 10:00hrs to 18:30hrs or 11:30hrs to 19:30hrs, six days per week.
Law and superior benefits.

High school certificate.
Customer Service experience (retail and restaurant) it's a plus.
Fluent/native English communication skills is a must.
Over a year in previous Jobs.
Intermediate PC Skills.
