Bilingual customer care specialist

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish and English) representative to deliver world class customer support and build customer satisfaction.




Position Description




· Receiving calls from clients.


· Answer Incoming Calls customer service Lines.


· Provide a high Level of professional and competent service assistance.


· Successfully complete and approve training and quality requirements.


Requirements




· At Least 18 years old


· High school, GED or equivalent


· Experience in customer service or call center (Desired)
