Key Account Manager / Perfumeria
The Account Manager will be responsible for the effective delivery of all retail services provided by GRO to the airline client. The primary focus is on 3 aspects: i) managing the sales on board so that the profit per head increases in line with or exceeding the budget, ii) proactively managing the range to increase sales per head in line with or exceeding the budget, iii) managing the service delivery to maximise spend and operational efficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and develop strong relationship and communication with the airline.Coordinate, following up and supervising mutual strategic initiatives between the airline and Gro, Communicate contractual performance against budget and forecast with Gro
Create and deliver all budget measures for retail ranges, overheads and promotional activities.
Accountable for enhancing the profitability of the retail range
Accountable for the production of all marketing materials for the customer airline's retail offer, within budget.
Develop innovative products and services to drive performance to achieve all agreed targets, especially SPH and PPH per head.
Ensure that the service being provided by the Last Mile Providers (LMPs) conforms to GRO Standard Operating Procedures and best practice.
Establish and implement strategic planning initiatives, marketing efforts, and sales process improvements in order to meet sales objectives and support overall strategic direction
Enhance and maintain sales tool kit and training program using division or global resources.Monitor overall sales performance, take measures to achieve goals. Support sales and service process and reporting requirements,Maintain and improve constantly the strategic relationship between Gro and the airline,Planned follow up communication based on priorities with the airline,Plan and execute key initiatives and programs with the airline,Follow up on a timely matter on all pending issues.
Education: Degree level in business/ marketing or related discipline
Work Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a Retail Sales/Business Development role.
