We are looking for a professional COUNTRY MANAGER to integrate a new company in Mexico. We are a group innovative and successful payday lender, with presence in Europe, but we are growing fast and also expanding into new markets every day.

What would be your main activities?
-Develop and implement strategic plan for the company in the most time efficient and cost effective manner
-Develop and maintain the operational performance of the company
-Monitor the operating and financial results against plans and budgets
-Build and maintain an effective team
-Represent the company to partners and all professional associations
-Negotiate with potential investors, banks an other credit companies
-Initiate and coordinate marketing activity.
What do you need?
-University degree in economics/ businees administration
-Successful experience in a similar position (manager or equivalent)
-Experience in bank activities and financial products (indispensable)
-Fintech/ ecommerce/ online bussines experience
-Excellent bussines development and strategy skills
-Strong sense of responsability and result-orientation
-Good leadership, team building, motivactional and communication skills
-Willingness an ability to grow and to handle a wide variety of challenges
