• Answer phone calls from customers and stores (No sales)
• Reply chats
• Evaluation of information
• Complete sales transactions
• Find alternative solutions for customers
• Contribute with ideas for the improvement of the service
• Excellent English (spoken and written) required
• Full time, rest can be on weekdays (2 days)
• Experience in customer service campaigns or technical support
• Experience in installing Android software and applications (desirable, not essential)
• Great service attitude
