Professional experience/skills to be successful:
2 years of experience supporting customers or partners in technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills plus a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively as native speaker with customers, partners, and internal teams.
