CALL CENTER MANAGER

FINANCIAL SECTOR / SALES

 

We are a growing and stable call center (BPO), powered by over 2,000 customer service professionals. Our core mission is to provide excellent customer service, both to the customers we manage and the companies we represent. A high and consistent level of customer service has enabled our company to grow at a firm and steady pace.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of products and campaigns for financial sector
  • Development of product and people operational strategies
  • Owner of business metrics: sales KPIs, SC, and quality measurements
  • Ensure operations efficiency of campaigns, teams, and tools according to pre-established KPIs.
  • Primary business liaison with customers
  • Accountable for growth of campaigns

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Engineering degree (BSc.), experience in finance
  • Advanced English skills
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Call Center KPIs
  • Experience in products and campaigns for financial sector
  • Current passport and VISA

 

Competencies and abilities:

  • Executive level communication skills
  • Experience in finance, sales, and strategy planning
  • History of delivering results

 

Compensation:

  • MXN $40K - $50K (net)
  • Government mandated benefits
