We are looking for a bilingual billing associate for an open position in Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua the person will be on charge of reviewing each radio repaired at the service center in order to validate data to identify any possible miscue in the process. Also, they are in charge of generating proper repair fee to our company’s customers. The sense of responsibility is very high. They must be able to read notes generated by customers and/or repair depot in order to complete the current process: Identify each of the products repaired at the depot. Being able to use our billing/case management system to generate proper repair fee and follow up actions with customers.


-Read notes on a very constant basis.
-Identify repair process in order to catch any issue
-Daily usage of spreadsheets for pricing search
-Being able to track and manage spreadsheets
-Generate proper reports
- Department Overview

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about customer service, who wants to be responsible for supporting inbound calls which involve resolving a wide variety of complex customer issues. Call types include order inquiries, warranty replacement requests, post-sale related customer service inquiries, and service/ repair requests. The Ideal candidate is:

Basic Requirements

-Candidate must possess a High school Diploma or GED
-Knowledge on Google Works suite.
-Being able to read and write in English.
-Good communication and presentation skills
-Time availability (may cover 2nd shift)
