Human Resources Manager
A leading polyamide production company is seeking a Human Resources professional to work at its plant in Ocotlán, Jalisco.
Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the English language is essential, minimum B2 desired C1 (fluent).
- At least 3 years or more of proven experience as an HR manager.
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge or experience in HR systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Worday ).
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR issues such as compensation, benefits, union compliance, talent, and mental health, taking into account Business Area guidelines.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by designing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing and development, etc.
- Monitor the company's climate and be proactive in implementing initiatives to engage people.
- Be responsible for compensation management: review and authorization of PTU payments, bonuses, vacation bonuses, or monthly pay bonuses.
HR Administration:
- He is able to understand and manage criteria for calculating social security and taxes.
- Be responsible for the HR budget by gathering the company's needs and sharing them centrally, monitoring compliance with the budget in terms of investment implementation .
- Be responsible for preparing data for external audit (with regard to your area of responsibility).
- Serve as a point of contact for labor relations and communicate with the union.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure a high level of compliance in coordination with global guidelines.
- Develop the annual training plan and monitor its implementation.
- Handle complaints and violations by invoking disciplinary measures when necessary.
- Inform senior management through data analysis and the use of HR metrics, including for defining management reviews.
- Implement initiatives to increase employee engagement.
- Implement activities to recruit employees at all levels.
- To be the reference point for activities and projects issued at the Business Area or Global level (Sustainability Report, Budget, code of ethics exchange, cybersecurity training, HRGo Project ).
- Be an active part of the Global HR project (implementation of the SAP platform).
- Ensure employee data is updated across all HR systems.

Location: Ocotlán, Jalisco, (Ocotlán-Tototlán Highway Km. 14) It is essential to live near the area or be able to change residence.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary $30,000. Gross monthly (depending on profile and experience).
100% contribution to the IMSS.
Higher benefits are granted at the end of the probationary period.
