Campaign Description

Our Client Care Associate (CXs) employees play a vital role in helping clients daily with any issue they may encounter. We are dedicated to providing our clients with world-class services, no matter how big or small the issue may seem. Focus on the food delivery service, our CXs assist several types of clients such as  Dinners, Restaurant Partners, and Drivers. You will engage our clients via live chat, thus allow you to establish a personal connection with customers who need support. Known for our response times and effective communication skills, we ensure that our clients are assisted at all times giving them the option to connect with just one click!

  • 95% English Level (Advance or Native)

  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely through live chat & with other departments
  • Capable of Working 9 - 10 Hrs Per Day 48 Hrs Per Week
