Customer service representative

We are Hiring for a U.S based Company! Located in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.

Customer Service RepresentativeYou'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and those interested in our products. You'll assist them in completing applications both online and over the phone, provide information about product features and lease terms, and help resolve any inquiries or issues.

Responsabilities:
Listen to customer needs and concerns while demonstrating empathy.
Resolve issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and implementing appropriate actions.
Process requests by gathering necessary information and completing transactions.
Identify opportunities to promote service and explain our products.
Maintain accurate records in the call center database.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Stay updated on job knowledge through educational opportunities.
Perform all additional duties as assigned.

Monthly gross salary: 16,000 mxn
schedule: Monday - Friday: Availability between 7 am - 7 pm (9 hours schedule)
1 hour lunch + 2 breaks
On Site job in Parques de San Felipe (must)
