Inventory planner

Responsibilities:

• Plan, control, and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.

• Use SAP (MM, PP, or APO modules) for inventory management and materials planning.

• Perform and monitor cycle counts, supporting inventory reconciliation processes.

• Enter and process purchase orders in SAP with accuracy and timely follow-up.

• Monitor compliance with the production and supply plan.

• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.

• Identify and propose improvements in inventory control and supply chain operations.

• Support physical inventory audits and reconciliation activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Planner, or similar role (preferably in the manufacturing or chemical industry).

• Proficiency in SAP is required (ideally modules MM, PP, or APO).

• Experience in cycle counting and purchase order entry is required.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
