Location: Querétaro (Remote-Based)
Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Salary: $40,000 MXN gross/month + attractive commissions

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in microcomponents and deep experience in sales. This is a high-impact, field-based role for a driven professional who excels in building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored technical solutions to OEMs and contract manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities

Sell and promote high-performance electronic and semiconductor components

Provide technical support and product insight to OEM and CM clients

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions

Manage and grow existing customer accounts through strategic engagement

Conduct regular field visits in CDMX, Querétaro, Estado de México, Puebla, Guanajuato, and Tlaxcala

Deliver presentations, proposals, and solutions based on client needs

Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to drive project success
Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field

Proficiency in English (90% or higher) – both spoken and written

Extensive experience in technical sales focused on microcomponents, semiconductors, or electronic solutions

Strong understanding of OEM/CM environments and industrial client needs

Excellent communication and consultative selling skills

Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset

Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities

High integrity, responsible, and customer-focused

Must own a vehicle and be open to frequent regional travel
