We are seeking aCreative Designerwith strong expertise inPowerPoint design and marketing content creation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling, the ability to create compelling presentations, and experience in designing marketing materials that drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead endpoint management strategy by designing/maintaining MECM/SCCM infrastructure and service roadmap
• Oversee OS image creation and task sequences for diverse hardware platforms
• Manage application packaging/deploymentbusing MSI/MST with tools like AdminStudio and PSAppDeployToolkit
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues using ProcMon, Process Explorer, and custom PowerShell/VBScript solutions
• Optimize Group Policy for enterprise workstation management and user experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Security, Networking, and Architecture teams
• Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices

Core Requirements:

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in endpoint engineering
• Expert-level MECM/SCCM and Intune/Autopilot implementation skills
• Deep Windows OS knowledge (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Advanced scripting (PowerShell/VBScript) for automation
• Active Directory/Group Policy mastery
• Endpoint security (Defender, Bitlocker) implementation
• Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VLANs)

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
