REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• 5 to 7 years of experience as HR and Internal Purchasing Coordinator
• Advanced intermediate English (conversational)
• Availability to travel sporadically

• Personnel Administration
• Onboarding
• Internal Communication
• Benefits Administration and Management
• Pre-payroll
• Training and Development
• Labor Relations
• NOM-035-STPS
• ISO*
• Internal purchases (office supplies, computer equipment, protective equipment, cleaning supplies, hotel and flight reservations, etc.)
• Attendance and participation in internal audits
