We’re looking for a Content Insights Analyst to join our team on a 6-month project basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on extracting insights from data and transforming them into clear, strategic content recommendations that support business outcomes.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Content Strategy & Analytics and collaborate with analytics, consulting, and customer success teams. Your main focus will be using AI-assisted tools and human judgment to analyze data, build stories from insights, and guide content strategies.
Responsibilities:

Analyze large datasets (with support from AI tools) to uncover trends and translate them into actionable content strategies.

Go beyond reporting — interpret the data, identify what’s working, and propose clear, strategic next steps.

Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for summarizing data, automating visualizations, and streamlining reporting — without sacrificing quality or strategic thinking.

Create polished, executive-ready reports and presentations for clients.

Communicate insights with clarity and impact — both in writing and during client-facing presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine analytics processes and identify new data opportunities.

Continuously improve workflows and reporting frameworks, keeping pace with evolving tools and best practices.
Requirements:

3–7 years of experience in customer success, content strategy, marketing, or data insights — OR standout academic/portfolio projects.

Strong analytical skills — able to work with complex data and turn it into meaningful narratives.

Enthusiasm for AI tools and data analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, automated dashboards, data summarization).

Excellent storytelling and communication skills — both written and verbal.

Comfort with Google Sheets or similar tools for analysis and visualization.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

This is a project-based role for 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred, but part-time (20 hours/week) options are available.
