Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons in English, tailored to the needs and levels of preschool students.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
- Foster social and emotional skills through playful activities and collaborative projects.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with parents to inform them about student progress and needs.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum.
- Participate in meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Preschool education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Certification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TOEFL) or equivalent. C1 or C2
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a preschool teacher, preferably in a bilingual setting.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills in languages.
- Knowledge of current educational methodologies and best practices in early childhood education.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, creativity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
